Routes issue

Im trying to add a route to an aircraft LGW-DME-LGW-IST-LGW. Its really annoying because it does the LGW-DME-LGW part fine and then does the LGW-IST-LGW for the next day. Am i doing something wrong? I have left at least 10 minutes between the ready at time and the departure time at each airport so i know thats not the issue

I was having something like, this, then I looked at staff, there was more leaving than employed, and the infrastructure was not available, upgraded the infrastructure and increased the employee percentages and they seemed to iron it out.

Employees shouldn't affect route times at all... it's most likely a bug with the route scheduling.

Try activating it at a different time, for example tomorrow morning, and see if that makes a difference.

Tried that but seems to be happening to most of the routes im creating now. Frustrating :/

Okay seems to have worked now but only when i activate the route after midnight on the day of departure

same here. I have to activate my routes manually for them to get scheduled. this was not the case yesterday.
