Problems with some routes!

Hey guys! I can't depart my two routes:
*MXP-PDX-MXP, operated by a359 and
*MXP-YVR-MXP, operated by a343.

Any suggestions?

check that

-aircraft are located at origin airports
-you have gates at all airports
-routes have no errors when you click the edit button
-aircraft is "on-ground" and not assigned to anything else
-route is set up to fly today

If all those things check out give me the route ID and I can look at it
