I know that the problem of flights that do not start flying on the schedule date are caused by our carelessness in most cases but I think this adds to the game something of interest because the flights are suspended for many reasons: the police, the weather , pilots who do not go to work, etc, hold flights and this is good for the game. I mean, if the game administrator finds the cause, I hope he does not correct it for the good of the game.

No, bugs that stop routes from flying should definitely be fixed once the cause is found. Implementing a delay mechanic into the game, but set up to have the average delay be just a few minutes, and some rare longer delays, is good. But having flights just not fly sometimes for unknown reasons isn't delays, that's cancellations, and no airline with constant cancellations of entire routes would survive in the real world.
