Employees

Employee cost has been implemented. At this time you cannot control any aspect of your employees such as number hired or their salaries. That is on my to-do list and will be implemented soon.

You can view your employees by going to Manage Airline --> Employees. Employees are automatically hired based on the size of your airline and what you require.

Executives: 4-10, depending on airline size
Corporate: Depends on route and fleet size
Flight crew: 2 per aircraft
Cabin crew: 1 for every 50 seats (i.e. if you operate 2 A320s with 150 seats each, cabin crew would be 6)
Customer Service: Depends on route size and gates leased
Mechanics: Depends on fleet size
Ramp Agents: Depends on gates leased

I think the formulas for recommended employees are fairly accurate, but they might need some adjusting. Particularly as it relates to dedicated vs shared gates. Salaries are paid weekly, at 10am UTC every Friday.

The script that controls employee salaries failed to run on Friday due to an error in the code, so I've manually ran the script today. From now on it should run Fridays at 10am UTC.

edit: There was an error with flight crew salary, so that will show as $0 for this week. I've fixed it now and it should be good for next week.

I noticed this, an unintended side-effect but it works! Haha.

Also sorry for a lack of updates recently, I'm currently talking/interviewing with several companies about potential jobs, and possibly moving, so that's taking up most of my time right now.
