Introduction
The BritJet Group is a joint holdings company which operates in the form of an airline, flying many domestic and international routes out of London Gatwick Airport under several brands. The main objective of the BritJet Group is to maintain a high level of passenger satisfaction while maximizing operational efficiency and keeping unnecessary costs low. This is achieved by avoiding the creation of daughter companies, which leads to ease of both vertical and horizontal communication within the company, and also allows the BritJet Group to organize maintenance, training, catering, and customer relations overall for all airline brands used by the group instead of having to create separate such mechanisms for each one.
