Some of my routes are scheduling and being flown, others are not. Several of my 737s and one 767 just aren't scheduling or flying, and I have no idea why. They are all under 24 hours and are well within range and runway limits. I've tried deactivating and reactivating them, and yes I have also waited more than 10 minutes for all scripts to run - in fact this has been going on for several days now.

Do you own gates for those routes? That's what happened to me. A simple oversight.

If you can give me the route ID's for the problem routes, I can look into it when I get a chance. To get the route ID, click on edit route, and it will appear in the URL bar. Should look something like this: cad6df6a3b68586e0b900dc362265a43
I would like to enable error messages for routes to make it easier to diagnose but I'm having some problems displaying them correctly. Hopefully I can get those working soon.

...are the route IDs. However, when I opened the route edit pages I discovered that for each route, the final leg was scheduled to depart between 1 and 3 minutes before the aircraft was ready. I fixed all three and I think that might fix it, however what is strange is that I am usually very cautions with leg timing and triple check everything. There is no way I could have saved the route like that. The fact that it is was same problem every time - last leg, and with such a tiny overlap - makes me think that something influenced the 'ready at' times...is there anything that could have done this?
EDIT: Yep, it fixed it. Tons of scheduled flights just appeared. Sorry for the erronous problem report.

Maybe... the only thing I can think of is if you added additional turn time to your aircraft. If you do that, it increases turn time of the aircraft but does not edit routes to account for the additional time.

No, I didn't add turn time. If I had, would it not have changed the arrival time of all legs and messed up everything instead of just one per route?

Yeah, that's true. It would have.
