Based in Vancouver Canada Assai Aviation provides high quality service on all its flights both domestic and international. Priding itself on offering more for the same price without hidden costs to make up the differences.

As a daughter company of Assai Core Systems it benefits from all of the services provided by the group and makes sure all her passengers benefit from these services where every possible. Examples include the highly secured and encrypted in flight wifi and the well rated business class 3 and 4 star hotels of Assai Hospitality.

If you pride yourself with a slogan "Quality and comfort" you have to live up to it and we at Assai Aviation very much believe we do. It all starts with buying your tickets, a simple process on our website and they can always be cancelled for free up to 1 week prior to departure (Exceptions can be made, please contact our customer service). What you will notice is that there are no 10s of check boxes for extra services, there is only 1 in case you truly want to bring a lot of luggage with you which exceeds our 2 bags, 75Kg max.

So now you have your ticket and once onboard our planes you will find that you can relax in comfort with our high quality seats and generous leg room, after all where you would pay for a economy plus seat on other airlines, they are the standard with Assai Aviation. During your flight you will be provided with drinks, snacks and meals all part of the price your paid for your ticket, you are our guest and we will do our very best to take care of you.

All our planes are outfitted with fast and secure wifi connections, USB (5V, 3A) and standard power plug (120v, 60hz) charging ports. Each seat also has it's own private touch screen you can use to watch hundreds of movies and series free of charge on NETFLIX, you can either use your own headset or borrow one from us (3.5mm jack and USB C plugs are supported).

If you have any special needs or food alergies you can tell us this during your ticket purchase or contact our costumer service latest 48 hours in advance of your flight and we will take care you.

Bombardier CS300
The Bombardier CS300 is the latest and greatest in the regional airliners, designed and build by Canadian company Bombardier the plane makes a natural fit for for Assai Aviation. For use in the Assai Aviation fleet they come outfitted with just 101 seats as a part of the companies desire to offer maximum comfort. The layout comes in at 53 Economy plus seats (considered to be standard economy seats in Assai service) and 24 Premium Economy and business class seats. These jet operate the routes within Canada and the USA that do not warrant the use of larger planes, however with their roomy seats no one has to worry, Quality and Comfort remains the company slogan.


Airbus A350-900(ULR)
For the long haul and higher capacity routes there was a long discussion on what plane to use, with both the Boeing 787 dreamliner and the Airbus A350 XWB making good cases. In the end the Airbus won out the contract and now provides the long reach for Assai Aviation. As always there are no standard economy class seats onboard as Assai Aviation does not believe in the low comfort these offer. As a result the seat layout is as follows: 158 Economy plus, 42 Premium economy, 60 Business class, 12 first class.

Frequent flyer program:

The Assai Card or TAC for short is a shared loyalty program with all of the businesses within the the Assai group. The card itself offers the owner access to some premium services, but mainly gives the owner small permanent discounts across all of the services on offer and larger discounts which are targeted at the users individually. Finally if a person desires the card can act as a debit or credit card through Assai Financing which offers several new benefits to the card holders.

CEO: Adena Assai
Adena Assai is the CEO of Assai Aviation and also the Chief Strategic Officer for Assai Core Systems and a part owner of Assai Holdings. The youngest of the two siblings she works with her Father and brother to steer Assai into the consumer market. Known to be a brilliant business strategist and a difficult boss to work for as she is highly demanding. Unlike most CEOs her office is not a set place and instead a ACJ350 outfitted as a flying office is both her home and workplace for most of the time.


XO: Jun'ko Zane
Jun'ko Zane or 'Juni' as she is known to those close around her is the right hand of Adena Assai and every bit as keen and calculating as her boss. In charge of the day to day operations as Adena has to split her attention she makes sure that everything that needs to be done is done or there will be hell to pay. The standards within all of the Assai business are high, but Juni ensures that Assai Aviation maintains the highest of standards. She believes that they pay for the best and that means that people have to give their best.


CFO: David Fletcher
The walking calculator, one of the protegees of Jacob Assai in the financial areas of the business he has been assigned to oversee and manage the finances of Assai Aviation. A rather quiet person he only speaks up when he has something of value to add to the discussion and otherwise he simply keeps quiet and observes. This might make him seem like a quiet and introvert type, but that is not really the case as his love for the nightlife makes all to well clear, it is simply that he maintains a certain posture while on the job.


Chief Pilot: Liviana Viaen
Former Canadian Royal Air Force CC-117 pilot Liviana Viaen was snooped up from the air force by Jun'ko Zane during an airshow. Now back to civilian life Liviana is ensuring that all the flying staff of Assai Aviation are trained to the last details including some training which is more related to militairy pilots, but she believes could be of use in civilian flying. A hard worker by nature she pushes people hard, but does ensure that all flight crews get ample of rest even though this brings additional costs she believes that one should never compromise on safety if there is no need for it.


Head of HR: Julien Marien
Julien sure is a character without question and many are unsure what to think when they first encounter him and he uses this very fact in his job. He is a man of standards, etiquette, loyalty and honor. He might not agree much with the behavior of his bosses (Adena Assai and Jun'ko Zane), but he fully agrees with their desires as far as the staff is concerned. To this end he recruits the best people he can find to work for Assai Aviation and ensures that they have all that they need to function well.


COO: Lamberth Veryon
As the chief of operations Lamberth is in charge of anything and everything that is needed to keep Assai Aviation in operation. An old time mechanic who was very much in love with his job and now brought up to a far higher level by Adena Assai who spotted that this man had a brain far wiser than he needed to be a simple mechanic. Still he spends plenty of time in the workshops which earns him a lot of respect from the people working for Assai Aviation. In the end though he would not have the job if he did not demand perfection in his own way and he certainly does.

About Assai Holdings:

Assai Holdings is a simple holdings company registered in Vancouver Canada, it consists of a small staff of about 24 people and is located within the larger Assai compound on the outskirts of Vancouver. Owned by the Assai family shares are split between Alexander Assai who owns 50% and his childered, son Jacob Assai and daughter Adena Assai who each own 25%. The company is the full owner of Assai Core Systems the main operating parent company of the family business.

Due it being family owned Assai Holdings does not disclose any information to the public regarding its earnings, tough it and the tax authorities states that it is paying the proper taxes as is demanded within Canada.

About Assai Core Systems:

Assai Core Systems is the main parent company of all of the family owned business of the Assai family. Registered in Vancouver Canada and located with the Assai compound a 500 acre plot of land home most of the key businesses it owns and also residence for a couple thousand people who work there. Being the operational branch it on it’s own employs several hundred people to oversee and handle the business end of things.

At the head of Assai Core Systems are the 3 members of the Assai family, with Alexander being the CEO, Jacob as the Chief Financial Officer and Adena as the Chief Strategic Officer.

About Assai Aviation:

With the expansion into civilian markets instead of servicing business clients it became clear that the name Assai was a total unknown. In order for the name to gather house hold fame

About the Assai family:

Alexander Assai came from an old family with old money in Scotland, but he was never one for the grand old houses and estates and keeping them afloat as wedding venues and what else. No he was smart, forwards thinking and anything, but arrogant. His mind was always coming up with engineering solutions to small things and problems, in his own words “I have not changed the world with a large invention, but I have solved many more issues that actually matter in a day to day basis.”

Once he got his inheritance he sold off all the assets and moved to Canada seeing the US refused him. Settling in Vancouver he started a business with a new name and a name he would take for himself to completely cut his ties with his family which considered him an outcast already. So was born Assai Industrial a small engineering solutions company that would design and then patent out ideas to be used by other companies or work directly on problems for other companies. His swift and often cold calculative nature quickly made it a success and he expanded his enterprise ending up with the full Assai corporate structure we have today.

In this time period he also married and got two children a son and daughter going by the simple names of Jacob and Adena. Sadly his wife Rebecca died during one of her beloved sailing trips when the yacht she was on was caught in a storm and sunk. Forced to raise two children on his own and run the company he was not shaken, but even more determined to keep at it. Raising them both well and getting them both into the business.

Jacob Assai the first of the two children and the eldest by two years grew up under his father and has taken many of his traits, though his skills in invention and problem solving are more within software and financial systems than in engineering. Famous or infamous by his own words “A business is an entity create to make money, money for the business, for the owners and for the people that work for it and that is all it is created for.”

After studying law because it was a subject he would not directly grasp without teaching he joined the family business taking over the IT and financing side of things. After making clear he was worth it, he was granted a 25% stake in the business by his father and continues to work with him and his sister to expand the business.

Adena Assai is the youngest of the two and in many ways different to her father and brother. While she can remain cold in her being she is more known to be a rather furious storm and brilliantly ruthless in chasing down new opportunities having no qualm forcing any competition out of the market. In her own words, “I don’t care who or what you are, if you are in my way you either fight or you roll over and die.”

A more hands on person and also more outgoing towards the public unlike her father and brother who prefer to stay out of the public eye Sara is quickly becoming the face of the company. More a hands on person she joined the company when she was done with school being all to glad to be released from the dull as hell education system in her mind. Doing this actually made her a 25% owner sooner than her brother who was still in law school at the time.

If it was not for her skills and obvious intelligence many would find it hard to take her seriously perhaps, because she truly does not give a damn about standards and ethics within business and most certainly not about the dress code people expect. She values only one’s ability and willpower herself and expects to be judged on the same accounts by her peers.
