Yes, a simplified version of them. Basically flights will be limited to/from your base country (or the EU if you are based there)

Things like 5th freedoms and country specific restrictions will come at a later date.

Will the reset be the official launch of Beta or another state of the test?

No it will still be Beta. I'm thinking/hoping it will be the last reset before we go into official launch mode however. So after this reset, what I would like to do is finish up some elements of the game that are still missing (mostly things from the issue tracker) and polish it up a little bit including an overhaul of the game guide (Zortan I didn't forget what you wrote lol).

Then, maybe 1 more reset where we do a test run for 2-3 weeks to make sure everything is good to go and there are no last minute bugs. Then if that goes well, do the final reset and end the public beta phase.
