% of required employees to hire on as extras. Helpful so you are not under staffed when people get sick or go on vacation etc.
So if required employees is 100 and the reserve is set at 10% you'll have 110 employees.

I have just find out that employee happiness can be more than 100% (I have 103% and 139% for 2 types). This is not intended, right ?

I have also noticed this before, but what do you expect when your paying them $70 an hour! Id be 139% hqppy with that

Yeah... I mean I could cap it at 100% but that would limit the advantage you gain from paying your employees more. I'm not sure it would be beneficial to the game to do that.

Small but important update, aircraft-dependent employees should no longer be hired until the aircraft is actually delivered.
This will affect Corporate (to some extent), Flight Crew, Cabin Crew, and Mechanics. You will not notice this change until Next Friday when the employees update for the week.
