The A380 will likely die in 2019 and the 747 shortly thereafter. Airbus will likely cut the program if they can't get anyone besides Emirates to keep buying the planes and with the 777-9X available now, new 747 orders will be exclusively freighters. The 14 should help a lot and assuming Boeing doesn't boost production they may be able to hold on until 2019-2020 when they claim all of the mass replacements will drive increased demand for the 747-8.
