Is this actually nesicery? Can UTC not be used to simplify everything?
Question for US people who know about this sort of thing, I have been trying to use from the US department of transportation and got the spreadsheet attached from here (http://www.transtats.bts.gov/DL_SelectFi...20Carriers). The data is in pounds (lb), it is sorted by IATA code and also shows how much cargo was sent to each destination and by each carrier so if you use it be sure to add them all up. However, alot of the values are 0, but not enough for each airport to each airport. So does anyone know if the 0 is a rounding error (there was <1 pound of cargo, but there was some), these also seems unlikely. Does anyone know?
