It is a bug in the system where it doesn't land your plane successfully and resets the status. It is still in the process of getting fixed.
Unk can reset your plane for you, but it may happen again.

Yes, thats what was happening. A flight belonging to that aircraft didn't exist, so there was no flight number to display. Because of that, it just duplicated the flight above it. I've just changed the code to display an error in the "location" column on the fleet page when this happens.
Now I need to figure out what causes the aircraft to not land successfully...
