You lease the dedicated gate at the same price that we currently have and assign the same number of employees required. If several planes land at the same time, the airport is supposed to disembark passengers with ladders. From that moment every flight that lands will have a landing cost. I mean every landing must have a landing cost no matter if you own the gate and there is only a flight.
