Once again, thank you for the fast reply (I wish some of our telecom companies would offer the same service as you!).
So, point one is a feature not a bug. Fair enough I will just have to get used to it then :-)
I have gone through the list on the debug page and they are all slightly different, but I think that's because the debug page updates in real time and the web page only once per day.
There is only one destination where the discrepancy seems a bit too large and that is CPH (10% vs 7%). Of course it could be that this is down to the number of flights, but I am not sure.
In any case, thanks for the great support.
