It would add realism and the curfew information could be added to the form that u use to create an airport in the game.
But it would also mean that you would have to know the curfew of each airport that u r using when scheduling, which could be annoying...

There are 1,716 airports in the game, it would take a tremendous amount of time to research curfew for each one. Not to mention working it into the scheduling script. I just don't think it will happen any time soon.
