As with every reset, yes, everyone starts from scratch. It's a public beta and not a finished game.

Did this update disabled us from creating new airlines? I just did a reset and all I get is this:

I am losing lot of money because I am running regional routes too. It will be a challenging task!

Yes, I think regional flights and shorter flights will be difficult.
You can either up the service and make little or no money, or accept low reputation which unfortunately also affects the reputation of your long haul flights.
This has become very tricky all of a sudden.

Can the effect of reputation of regional flights be decreased based on their length or the size of the aircraft? People really don't judge airline on a 1 hour flight. They usually review medium or long haul flights

Yeah, I also ditched the short-haul flights.

What SFK said OR buff the reputation gain of regional flights. Besides, I'll be more than happy if I get a pizza on a snack box and a beer on a crystal cup with free Wi-Fi on a LGA-PHL flight.

Regional flights are very important but the game relegates them. Regional flights should have different reputation rules.

The system already weights the flight reputation based on the length of the flight.

If you look at the flight details for flights that have the same IFE and same IFS profile - each flight will have a slightly different rep based on the flight length. Longer flights have higher expectations.

I am currently looking at some changes to the demand formula related to improving the supply vs demand. And probably a few other changes. What we have now is not the final version of what we will have once the reset occurs.
