I have many flights that are not flying the routes. too many to list. I have tried to deactivate them and then reactivate the routes. the routes are still not departing.

I want to gather your ideas and input on the upcoming re-design of the gate management page. Any and all ideas on what should be included or left out, how the UI should look, any feature you'd like to see, etc are welcome. 

some things I want to include:

1. Easy way to show gates that are approaching expiry w/ one-click option to renew. Would use the same length settings already in place for that gate.
2. Instead of real-time utilization, maybe try to show average utilization over the past X days. Possibly try to highlight airports/gates that you get frequent 'no gate available' penalties at.
3. One-click gate leasing right from the gate management page, similar to one-click renew. Easy way to lease new gates instead of going through the lease gate page.

I’ve been making my account and I was on the ‘establish airline’ section when I found that I couldn’t choose a hub. It said ‘select country’ and I chose Malaysia. The next box said ‘select country first’ and I kinda was confused.

I’ve not played the game yet but I have high hopes!

I noticed this strange behavior recently, and I want to make sure that it's not a bug.

As most of you probably noticed, the game was down for most of today, showing a 502 Bad Gateway or 504 Gateway Timeout error. sw889432 and myself have since resolved the issue and took steps to prevent it from happening again. All background calculations such as flights, financial transactions and so on should have caught themselves up once the game came back online so there should not be any issues on that front. If you do notice an issue that you believe may have resulted from the downtime, please post it on the issue tracker so we can look into it.

I know that the problem of flights that do not start flying on the schedule date are caused by our carelessness in most cases but I think this adds to the game something of interest because the flights are suspended for many reasons: the police, the weather , pilots who do not go to work, etc, hold flights and this is good for the game. I mean, if the game administrator finds the cause, I hope he does not correct it for the good of the game.

Ive got a plane stuck in AMS, and when i ty and do a quick flight it tells me there are scheduled flights that day and to wait until they have all finished.

Ive tried cancelling the flights and still stuck. Ac is EI-AFF.

Firstly, Great game, ive converted over from another popular airline management sim that seems to be stuck dead with no updates or improvements.

Anyhow, am i right in thinking i need one gate for every one of my aircraft? so that at 6am every morning before any scheduled flights have taken off, each aircraft has a gate?

Can the above be tinkered with using nightstops, so i schedule DUB to LHR for example to arrive into LHR before midnight, stay overnight there and fly back in the morning to get back into DUB at 7am, after the first scheduled flights have left at 6?, theoretically having a spare gate?

that way i can have a lower amount of gates and save a few quid in the process.

I take it connecting passengers are not implemented into the game yet? so no need to tie in short haul to get in for the long haul flights?


and last one if i may. is there any fleet commonality cost benefits in the game?
