Bag fees have been implemented into routes now. To set bag fees you can go to the set ticket prices page, and set carry-on fees and checked bag fees for each class. These fees will apply across the board to all of your flights. Currently there's not a way to set bag fees for only a particular route. Not sure if that will ever be implemented to not... there's no room for it on the flight numbers page so it would have to be a separate function. Instead, I may be able to do something where routes within a certain distance range can have different bag fees, or maybe just an enable/disable feature for each flight number. We'll see.

Ticket Sales and Baggage Fees are now two separate entities on the income statement. Sometime soon I will begin to track detailed bag information for each flight, so you can see in the flight history how many passengers are bringing a carry-on or a checked bag. But as of right now that data isn't stored.

If you decide to charge bag fees, the more you charge, the less likely passengers will be to bring a bag on board. So at a certain point the revenue you gain from baggage fees will peak and a further increase in fees will not result in more revenue. Bag fees do not affect reputation gain whatsoever, only demand and revenue. Bag fees are worked into the pricing function of the demand formula, meaning a bag fee has the same effect on demand as raising your ticket price. A $150 ticket with a $25 checked bag fee is the same as another airline having a $175 ticket and no bag fees.

You may notice some missing flight revenue in the financial ledgers if you had flights that got scheduled during the maintenance period (roughly 5PM-7:30PM GMT). Nothing I can do about that unfortunately. If that happened, you still got the revenue added to your cash, but it just won't show up in the ledger or the income statement. Chalk that up to being a public beta.

Bag fees are not implemented into quick flights, and the reason for that is quick flights in their current state may be going away soon. More on that in another thread.

If you set up a plane to fly say routes up to 16 hours, the additional 8 hours the aircraft cant fly as it is assigned to a route?

If this is the case, is there a flight time matrix in the pipeline that would give an estimated flight time so as the aircraft utilisation can be increased

Currently, when making a new route, the route is designed to fly once a week. I think that putting some sort of toggle to choose between a daily and weekly flight would help alleviate confusion and make it easier to manage routes.

Yesterday, I had the reserves and salaries set such that the Happiness was over 100.00% for all categories and the Attrition Rates was 0.00% for all categories.  I went in and saw that the categories of Executives, Corporate Operations and Cabin Crew all had Attrition Rates of over 0.00%  I changed the Reserve and Salaries for each of those and noticed that the Attrition Rates did not change at all.  Since I did not have a screen capture of the before yet, I did a screen capture of this result and changed the Attrition Rates and Salaries of the above mentioned 3 categories and also changed the salary of the Mechanics and saw that the Mechanics Happiness had gone up as expected and the 3 categories I have mentioned earlier did not have a change to the Attrition Rate and I also noticed that the Happiness factor for those 3 categories is 0.00%.

Note:  I have grossly overinflated values for my salaries and reserves for the categories of Executives, Corporate Operations, Cabin Crew (those that have 0.00% happiness no matter how much I over pay them or how many of them I have in excess of how many are needed) and the Flight Crew (but less out of line in this category since I was using this category because I was changing the reserve and salary values in here just to see if they changed the happiness and attrition rate because this category had a non 0.00% happiness value so I only changed their value once).  There is a reason why I try to keep the attrition rates at 0.00% because with attrition rates of 27.00% and 31.50% I could pretty quickly end up with NO employees in the Executive, Corporate Operations and Cabin Crew.

As you can see, the Sukhoi has a range of 4,400 mi in game. This is wrong as the range is actually 4,578 km, or 2,845 mi. I would assume that 4,400 km was entered as 4,400 mi, thus causing the bug.

Is it possible to change the gate utilization calculation to look at a 24hr period instead of the current situation? I think the 24hr would be more informative and helpful but not sure if it's possible.

There's no DST in Hong Kong, but the feature still works. Can you fix this for non-DST regions?

Similar to the fleet list, can we get a list of all our gates, not just a list of airports and having to click in? Or at least an easy way to see all the expiry dates so we can renew appropriately. 

Unless I am missing something, and there is a easy way to check for upcoming expiring gates.
