Soleado (Spanish for 'Sunny') is a private carrier based in Buenos Aires and the Jorge Newbery International Airport. Formed as a regional charter carrier in response to the nationalisation of Aerolíneas Argentinas in September 2008 along with its sister company Austral, it has slowly expanded into the domestic Argentine market despite the constraints imposed by governmental regulations. More recently since the liberal victory of Mauricio Macri in the 2015 election, its aim has been to revamp its ageing fleet and streamline its services in order to firmly establish itself as an affordable alternative within both the domestic and continental market.

| Aircraft Families |

Aircraft families have been implemented, in anticipation of family maintenance costs. Please review the new aircraft research page, which has been re-done to be grouped by manufacturer, and then by family.
I do have a few questions, for example the DC-9/MD-80/MD-90/B717 - Are these all the same family? Or is there a DC-9 family and then a MD-80/90 family? What family would the 717 belong to?
The 747-8... is that it's own family? Or should all 747s be grouped together?

| Different Fare Classes |

My idea is instead of the current Y/Y+/Y++/J/F classes system we are using, we can implement different fare classes to make the game more realistic, and to reward all-biz-for-econ-fares and complex strategies.
Each class will have the following characteristics:
- Price
- Seat type: Budget Economy, Normal Economy, Economy Plus, Prem Econ (Business for short-haul), Business, and First
- Cabin number: if you have separate cabins for the same seat type for 2 different fare classes, the seats will only be booked for the assigned cabin. Let's say we have 2 fare classes: Economy and Economy Enhanced, both using Economy seats, the latter without bag fees. We set 2 different cabins - a 90 seat cabin for Economy and a 30 seat cabin for Enhanced. So, we are limited to up to 90 Economy passengers and 30 Economy Enhanced passengers. But if we use one cabin, we can have any combination with up to 120 passengers, such as 110 Economy and 10 Economy Enhanced.
- Baggage Fees (when implemented)
- IFS (when implemented)
- IFE (when implemented)

I know this is not something that comes to mind immediately, and I do not know how much it happens in the real world, but could we add part exchanging of aircraft?
Eg a 26 million e195 part exchanging for a 747-200 of similar value. Players would need to accept part exchange offers, so it could be disadvantageous to the buyer, as normal purchase go through without the need for the sellers input. But I think it could potentially be a saviour for players who are cash strapped but have an under-utilised asset. I don't even know if this can be implemented or even is a good idea. But please do say if this could be done, even with some changes

How about implementing handling contracts
1.50 per passenger - Flight turns around in default game time line
2.00 per passenger plus 10 minutes and so forth
Multiple companies would have different rates depending on airport/aircraft being used
You could also impalement the same thing for maintenance, the quicker the maintenance, the more you pay.

I don't know if this already happens, but could we get an in-game message when a gate lease or an aircraft lease is going to expire soon?

AJA Introduces A321neo
Tokyo, October 16, 2017 - Today, All Japan Airways (AJA), Japan's largest and top rated airline, became the country's first carrier to take delivery of an Airbus A321neo (new engine option). The very first A321neo has arrived in Japan and is scheduled to begin service on Japan domestic routes to/from Tokyo/HANEDA and Osaka/KANSAI Airport starting mid-October.
Compared to its current version, the A321ceo (current engine option), the A321neo achieves 15% better fuel efficiency (*1). Currently, there are only few companies in the world that are operating the A321neo, and AJA will become the first in Japan.
AJA has configured its A321neo with eighteen seats in Premium Class and 164 in Economy Class. Premium Class features power-adjustable seats, while all seats in both classes have personal seat monitors, which is the first for AJA to have on its Japan domestic flights. "AJA Wi-Fi Service" is also available, and by adding a 188 seater aircraft to its fleet variation, AJA aims to better respond to the day by day varying demand with the most sufficient sized aircraft.
With this new A321neo, AJA will continue to enhance customer convenience and provide a safe and pleasant journey to all passengers on board.
