There will be scheduled maintenance on August 17 at 20:00 GMT/UTC. We will be performing operation system upgrades and updates. When completed, we will also update some core software and game components that is compatible with the new operation system. Both the game AND forums will be unavailable during this time. However, the issue tracker and chat will remain in service. 

The previous scheduled maintenance performed did not include operation system upgrades, as the operation system provider delayed their release of the upgrades without announcing a new release date.

Flights that are flying before the downtime should continue their flights. Flights that are scheduled to be scheduled during the downtime may fail to do so, you may have to manually ferry them back to your route's starting position. There is no guarantee that that anything will continue to work as they are before the updates.

Currently, there is a 3 hour window for this maintenance. However, it is anticipated that it will not require the entire maintenance window. If during the maintenance window we find that the projected timeline is not achievable, only some systems will be updated and I will reschedule a new maintenance downtime to keep within the 3 hour window.

There were NO new features added to the game during this maintenance period. Only back end systems were updated to accommodate new features being implemented soon.

It seems that the supply of gate is unlimited, while in reality airport have a limited supply for gate or slot. My suggestion will be accounting the actual number of gate available in the airport and charging the cost based on demand of the airport gate. For dedicated, only enable for airline with a hub in the airport, as for high demand gate, maybe can apply a auction with the highest bidder get the gate. For shared, can made available for all while paying different cost based on time slot demand. Do hope my suggestion help and hopefully can be implement to the game soon.

I have a question.

My airline is in Colombia and when political restrictions be implemented, Is it mandatory to create all the routes starting in the country of origin or is it possible to create a LGW-MDE-LGW route? I mean my HQ is MDE but apparently the route starts in LGW and the system could interpret that I can not depart from England even though it is the same as creating the route MDE-LGW-MDE.

In the page about the game, there is this sentence: Live weather data provided by OpenWeatherMap — www.openweathermap.org. However, I have never seen any element in the game that has a relationship with weather. Is it that one day there will be flight cancellations and delays according to real time weather conditions?

As you may have noticed, cabin configurations have (mostly) been implemented. You are able to create a configuration and assign it to your aircraft via the aircraft details page. Sometime soon I will implement the "assign to all" function but it is not ready yet.

I have just removed the economy plus from the route research page and redistributed the demand display so you can see what the new demands will be. you will notice a boost to economy and premium economy demands - that is the old eco plus demand that has been re-allocated to economy and premium economy.

I have NOT yet edited the actual demand formula that is used to calculate passenger numbers for flights. That will likely be done tomorrow. It is a lot of different functions that need tweaking spread across many files and I simply did not have enough time to get through all of them tonight. They need to be changed all at once, I can't remove eco plus from a few functions and leave it in the other functions as that would break the demand for the game.

I don't know why but i have the business class ticket price set as the default (Business Class: $735 + $1.575 per mile) but it says that the price is high and in the same route there is a competitor with a price twice mine's. Also I have raised the first class ticket but it continues the same.

Hi, I have a question. Now that I have reached a 100% Reputation I wanted to update my planes and fill them with the correct amounts for my reputation. But because I already fly this routes the demand it isn't a high as it should be. How could we fix that?
