There will be scheduled maintenance on July 28 at 04:00 GMT/UTC. We will be performing operation system upgrades and updates. When completed, we will also update some core software and game components that is compatible with the new operation system. Both the game AND forums will be unavailable during this time. However, the issue tracker and chat will remain in service. 

Flights that are flying before the downtime should continue their flights. Flights that are scheduled to be scheduled during the downtime may fail to do so, you may have to manually ferry them back to your route's starting position. There is no guarantee that that anything will continue to work as they are before the updates.

Currently, there is a 2 hour window for this maintenance. However, it is anticipated that it will not require the entire maintenance window. If during the maintenance window we find that the projected timeline is not achievable, only some systems will be updated and I will reschedule a new maintenance downtime to keep within the 2 hour window.

Other than the Bombardier C Series being renamed the Airbus A220, JetBlue has announced they're ordering 60 Airbus A220-300's worth approximately $5.4 billion to replace the current fleet of Embraer E190's.

What happens if you purchase purchase (order) aircrafts and not have enough money on the delivery date?
Is the delivery delayed or do my balance goes into negatives?

Hi I am not sure how do gates work right now at the moment. Am I right that for every flight arriving or departing, or even having a turnaround at the airport, I would need a gate for the plane? If so, does this make sense?

Analysis

This deal, if it goes ahead, will restore the cosy duopoly between Boeing and Airbus.
In the past, they had the market for large jets to themselves. In the segment beneath them sat Embraer and Bombardier, equally fierce rivals in the market for smaller "regional" jets.
Both companies, however, showed signs of rising above their station. Bombardier developed the C-series, a new highly efficient aircraft capable of competing directly with smaller versions of the Boeing 737 and the Airbus A320.
Embraer, meanwhile, developed the E-195 E2 - slightly smaller, but still capable of playing in the same ballpark.
Boeing tried to kill off the C-series, protesting about its funding in the World Trade Organization. But that simply sent Bombardier into the arms of Airbus, which bought a majority stake in the C-series programme, strengthening its position in the market.
A Boeing-Embraer deal should restore parity - with both of the big players having extended their reach into the market for smaller planes.
