Ethiopian Airlines flight ET302, a Boeing 737 MAX 8, crashed shortly after takeoff from Addis Ababa-Bole Airport, Ethiopia. There were no survivors among the 157 occupants. 
The aircraft took off from runway 07R at Bole Airport at 05:38 UTC (08:38 local time). The airline reports that contact was lost at 08:44 local time. 
In a press conference the CEO of Ethiopian Airlines stated that the pilot reported difficulties with the aircraft to ATC. He was given clearance to return to the airport. 
Weather at the time of the accident was fine with a visibility of 10+ km, few clouds at 2500 feet.

As some of you know I made the 2 original video guides linked to in the game guide and I am ready to make the new ones seeing the game has every so slightly changed

Now the question is do you all prefer single longer videos going in full depth from start to finish, or would you rather prefer smaller dedicated videos to each topic? I personally lean towards the shorter videos as those can be more easily searched and I could even set up a channel just for those. The longer videos I would need to keep to my main channel cause I would be limited by upload length. 

Also I am thinking I will split them up in 2 sections:

Basic: Just explaining how to do things without talking what is the best options or things like that. So like purely "This is how you can get airplanes" without going into detail on which airplanes to buy.

Advanced: This would be going into detail on things, like with airplanes, how to find the best airplanes for your routes etc. 


I will say unlike before I cannot just give a blanket golden route anymore cause the game is a lot more complex (which is a great thing) so it will be more guides and not just an answers as to here is how to make the most money end of story

The Airbus A380 is slated to stop production in 2021. How will the game respond? Will we be able to continue ordering brand new A380's until the last A380 is delivered in the real world, or will we be unable to submit orders as soon as it goes into effect? 

Such a sad thing to happen, but truthfully, it is very much expected, as the market is not kind to aircraft larger than the A350-900/777-8 sized aircraft (the A350-1000 and 777-9 seems to be sluggish on orders as well). The 747 itself is a bit oversized but still market-relevant, but such a huge leap as the A380 (almost double the size of the 747-400) is obviously prone to failure. I do hope that Airbus will reserve the design for future use though - I think one day the A380 will be more than necessary.

I thought my favorite manufacturer needed one too.

Hi, I currently fly some flights that only have some classes, maybe only Y or only J + F and this flights have very low reputations compared to "all classes" flights. Is there anything that I am doing wrong or is something else?

The fuel price formula has been updated. It is no longer a random price that is generated for each flight. 

Once a day the game calculates a new fuel price for every airport in the game. It's not entirely random but there are random elements to it. Each day the price can either trend upwards or downwards. The chance of that trend happening depends on the average fuel price of the past 7 days - a higher 7-day average gives more chance to trend downwards, a lower 7-day average gives more chance to trend upwards. The amount of the price change is a random number between $0.01 and $0.30. 

You can view current fuel prices on the airport research page. I am working on a chart that will display fuel price history but it's not ready yet.
